Dennis W. Newman, JD, CPCU, AIE, MCM (he, him, his) is the Examiner in Charge at the
Colorado Division of Insurance, Market Regulation Section.

Besides being a full time real estate agent, he is a licensed attorney in both Florida and
Colorado, practicing for more than 20 years. What a relief to know you have both an attorney and real estate agent ensuring that all legal matters are handled correctly and thoroughly through every step of the transaction. 

Dennis is a nationally recognized speaker on various legal topics on real estate and law, including LBGTQ law, Insurance Regulation, Legal Privilege, and Estates and Business Planning.
He has been a guest speaker at CU Boulder Colorado Law School, CU Anschutz Medical Campus, CU Denver, Florida State University and multiple civic organizations including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Dennis earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, cum laude, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from CU Denver, summa cum laude.
